Please shoot whatever round you like, these age groups are just the guidance for the official age groups.

Individual Awards: Medals to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd places for each Round – Medal to 1^st place, medals to 2^nd and 3^rd place for Recurve, Compound, Barebow and Longbow.

Closing date for entries: 20^th April 2024.

Refunds:  Refunds will not be available after the closing date.

Archery GB Rules of Shooting will apply.  Archery GB Dress Code Rule 307 will apply and be enforced.  Blue Denim, Olive Drab and Camouflage are not permitted.

The Tournament Organiser has the right to exclude any persons from the field for unreasonable behaviour.  The Chair of Judges is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times and the Judge’s decision is final.

REFRESHMENTS

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.  Tea/Coffee/Squash available for free.

Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is only permitted away from the main shooting area.  Entry to this event is considered acceptance of this policy.

When you enter competitions, the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitiors, for example target lists and results will be published: First name, surname, gender, bow type, date of birth/age category, email, address, phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID) Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N)

PHOTOGRAPHY

In line with AGB policy and BAC policy, any person wishing to take photographs, either still or video, is requested to register their intention with the Tournament Organiser by signing a ‘photography’ register.

Line-tents are permitted for this event and must be sited in the marked area.  All cars must be parked in the main car park in the designated parking spaces.  Cars are not permitted on the shooting field.

Only registered assistance dogs are allowed on site and must be kept behind the waiting  line at all times.

Neither Bournemouth Archery Club nor the Landlords, Bournemouth University, its Managers or Staff can accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to persons or property whilst attending this event.  Entry to this tournament is considered acceptance of these conditions.
