GWAS will be holding an EGM on Sunday 23rd March at 1.15pm, immediately before their AGM at 1.45pm. The meetings will take place at West Buckland Village Hall, West Buckland, SOMERSET. TA21 9NA.

The motions put at the EGM are to to adopt the change previously made by Archery GB to annualized membership, with the regional renewal date matching the date set by Archery GB, wherever possible and update the constitution accordingly.

The AGM will ratify the results of the EGM and cover normal business of the AGM. Full details of the meetings are in the calling notices which are attached to this news item along with the supporting documents.
