Revised Shooting Locations for 2019

REVISED SHOOTING LOCATIONS FOR EVENTS SEASON 2019

(Please note that some of these dates may be liable to change)

 

6TH & 7TH APRIL                       Youth & Mini Rugby Festival – The sports club will be very busy this weekend from 8am to 6pm. Car parking may be difficult.

 

9TH APRIL                                 MOVE TO CRICKET 1. Equipment will be moved across in the evening of the    8th April.

 

4TH & 5TH MAY                         R & T Football Tournament.  The sports club will be very busy this weekend from 8am to 6pm, and car parking may be difficult.  Overspill car park will be available at front of the sports club.

 

7TH MAY                                  MOVE TO FOOTBALL 1 in readiness for setting up for Rugby 7s Festival

 

8TH MAY                                  Uni Varsity Activities DayNo shooting available all day.

 

12TH MAY                                Football matches on Football 3 pitch – No shooting until after 6pm.

 

20TH MAY – 30TH MAY             NO SHOOTING AVAILABLE – BOURNEMOUTH (RUGBY) 7s FESTIVAL

                                                N.B. Please note that care is needed during 13th May to 7th June

when visiting the sports club as heavy lorries may be on site re setting up and clearing away.

 

31ST MAY                                Shooting will resume on Mini Rugby in the evening of Friday 31st May (after 6pm) to allow for clearing the site after the Rugby 7s.

 

1ST JUNE                                 Uni Ball on Football 2, 3, 4 & 5 pitches.  Shooting available on Mini Rugby until 2.00pm.  N.B. Take care re heavy lorries on site – the sports club will be very busy from early evening with many students attending the Ball.

 

N.B. Archery remains on Mini Rugby until end of summer season (end of August).

 

 

N.B. Details of any changes to shooting times/dates/locations will be advised to members via the website and in the club container/building.  Be assured that we will endeavour to keep all changes to a minimum.

 

Please note that our heavy equipment will be moved for us during these periods to minimise disruption.  Please continue to display your car stickers to ease access to the grounds at busy times.  If you need a sticker please contact Phil Clarke or any committee member.
