Spiced Parsnip and Honey Soup

Finished with fresh chives and served with a warm roll and butter


Pork, Duck liver and Port Pate

Served with home made red onion and cranberry marmalade, toasted brioche and side salad


Lemon dressed Prawn and Avocado Mousse

Served on a bed of salad and drizzled with a lemon and Parsley vinaigrette


All served with seasonal vegetables

Hand Carved Roasted Turkey

Served with all the festive trimmings and finished with a rich red wine sauce


Fillet of Salmon

Coated with a lemon scented Herb crust and finished with a red pepper coulis


Mushroom, Brie, redcurrant and rocket filo parcel

Served with a redcurrant and port sauce


White chocolate and raspberry Cheesecake


Individual Christmas pudding served with Brandy Sauce


Selection of local cheeses served with a plum apple chutney and biscuits
